Elemental Footies Beta

Elemental Footies will end up having four elemental tiers along with the standard four. Elements of Storm, Earth, Fire, and Water will be more expensive but more powerful.
Racial Builders can be hired for 900 gold in the taverns, and can build extra buildings which spawn supportive units. Selection is limited now, but will be expanded into.
I've also got some custom heroes that don't appear in other maps(I think).
