Will you choose the destructive might of the orcs and other mountain tribes ? The hulking forces of the jungle backed by the wily elves? A swarm of undead and malicous demons? The naga sorcerors and their wretched creations ? Or the zealous army of humans under the holy church?

-5 totally unique colours.
-4 basic levels of spawn
-9-12 special summon units per colour
-6-10 versatile spells per colour
-direct damage/countermagic available!

Keep your mage alive while killing the enemy mage
results in victory.
A multiplayer game, most preferrable with 5 players.

Great comments Fulla (I'm in the forum regularly so we can discuss more in there). Even comments like this help me a lot! (though i wouldn't mind more) I've seen heros who wandered out accidnetly get mobbed by 20 goblins and lost the game in 3 mintues, as hero are VERY slow outside their base. (true story)

A lot of my SC spell rips were done off a 5 year memory (I can't open any of my MTG 3nigma or flike maps)
Some quickies :
Wrath of god i had to nerf to a managable spell
Traumatize : in there as mana leak
Animate Dead <--STRONGLY considering this ability
Insurrection : OMG i forgot about this spell <--this was fun
(there was a variant called "conversion for white IIRC")

Yea Artifacts were going to be my "once everything is balanced ill add em in" but i guess the time is now (and soon)
Stablizier <-- looks better as a blue spell

I also strongly recommend you make the Main hero / lifepoints an immobile building as its simply overpowering.
If you send him out he can farm at start to easily.

You just keep your units in base and send him out for free kills.

Quite fun but still needs alot more stuff.

Compared to the old starcraft versions you still
World Spells e.g.
White
- Wrath of God - Destroys all creatures
- Armageddon - Destroys all mana
Blue
- Traumatize - Halfs target players mana
- Upheavel - Returns all units to there spawn location/player owners base.
Black
- Decree Of Pain - Deals X damage to all creatures
- Animate Dead - Animate Dead's all dead units in your base (very strong defensive spell)
Red
- Insurecction - Temporarily gain control of 10% of all enemy units.
- Dragonstorm - Summons 1 Dragon for every X mana you have.
Green
- Tooth and Nail = Summons 2 random units from your unit shop
- Weird Harvest - Summons a few Ancient Protectors to protect your base, can uproot and go on offense as well

Then ofcourse you should add the Artifacts, which are available to EVERYONE.
When bought the come as a building just out side yourbase, which makes it vulnerable so you need to protect it.
e.g.

- Mana battery - Generates bonus mana for you per second.
- Serpent Lair - Spawns 'Hydralisk' / Serpents every few seconds by the Serpent Lair.
- Fountain of Youth - A Healing fountain with a healing aura, for nearby friendly units.
- Stabilizer - Players cant cast any spells (only summon units)
- Myr Matrix - Spawns '???' / Myrs every few seconds by the Myr Matrix
- Mindslaver - Gives you access to all other players spells/summons
