(PLEASE POST THIS INSTEAD OF 3.90, AS 3.90 IS BUGGED) This release features corrections of numerous issues prevalent in 3.00. Measures have been taken to remove memory leaks and alleviate map crashes; the defender spawn system has been set to replenish in the same manner as Risk Devo; and the initial city distribution triggers have been adjusted to continue allowing for true random selection while preventing players from controlling entire regions.
